Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Overview and Services Provided

SATGuardian (accessible at https://satguardian.tech) develops and distributes SATGuardian WAF, a self-contained Web Application Firewall (WAF) and sub-millisecond reverse proxy written in Rust for Windows Server and Linux environments.

While the local WAF proxy binary is free to download and use with static baseline rules, through satguardian.tech we sell automated SaaS subscriptions and on-demand cloud compute packs that allow users to automatically synthesize, compile, and simplify deterministic boolean/SAT security rules for their WAF instances to eliminate false positives.

2. Digital Delivery Policy

All products and services sold on satguardian.tech are 100% digital. Delivery is immediate and automated upon successful checkout via Creem / Stripe / Rebill:

• API Tokens & License Keys: Generated instantaneously and displayed on the confirmation screen, as well as delivered via email and saved to your user dashboard.
• Cloud Synthesis Quotas: Credited immediately to the user's account balance upon payment confirmation.

3. Data Sovereignty & Privacy Guarantee

SATGuardian is architected on a strict Zero-Decryption, Zero-Inspection in the Cloud guarantee:

• Your web application traffic, customer personal data, cookies, and HTTP payloads are never sent to or decrypted by satguardian.tech.
• All request inspection and threat blocking occurs 100% locally on your own infrastructure in <1ms.
• Only anonymized algebraic boolean matrices and reported rule clauses are transmitted to satguardian.tech for mathematical simplification.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Degradation

• Community Plan ($0 / forever): 100 free welcome cloud synthesis tokens upon account creation. Local proxy binary free forever.
• Pro Plan ($12 USD / month): 50 monthly SAT cloud synthesis runs, covering 1 to 3 production servers or VPS instances. Renews every 30 days.
• Agency & SysAdmin Plan ($29 USD / month): 250 monthly SAT cloud synthesis runs, covering up to 15 servers with client reporting tools. Renews every 30 days.
• On-Demand Pack ($15 USD one-time): 60 non-expiring SAT simplification credits.
• Graceful Degradation: If your monthly synthesis credits run out or your subscription expires, your local WAF continues operating at 100% capacity with the last downloaded rule matrix. Protection never stops; only the cloud learning of new rules pauses until credits are renewed.

5. 14-Day Refund Policy & Cancellation

We want you to be completely satisfied with SATGuardian WAF. If the software or cloud synthesis service does not eliminate your false positives or meet your expectations, we offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases and on-demand packs.

To request a refund or cancel your recurring subscription at any time without penalty, contact us at support@satguardian.tech or use the cancellation button in your dashboard. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
